• Custom Goods: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check all details (e.g., specifications, sizing, or personalization) before placing your order, as we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Non-Custom Goods: For non-custom items, we happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return, and we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
